MY APPROACH

Expanded states work can be one of the most powerful tools for healing and self-discovery.  Every culture has used various expanded states techniques to break through the armor of the self to gain a deeper understanding of the truth within each of us.  

Using various methodologies, I work with clients to support them in breaking out of automatic reaction patterns and create a meaningful life. I support clients to live in authentic expression of their values and beliefs, all the while acknowledging the pain and suffering that can sometimes be part of the human experience.  

My mission is to help others connect with their untapped wisdom, open their hearts, and awaken into their divine essence. I measure my success with each client by their life satisfaction after as compared to before our work together. 

Some expanded states modalities have been shown to have major beneficial impact on trauma, depression (including treatment resistant), PTSD, anxiety, addictions, and death anxiety in the terminally ill. Expanded states are also known to connect us with our divine selves by often inducing a mystical experience.
